Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, I respectfully require at least a 24 hour notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service price. Thank you for understanding!
 The late arrival policy please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your appointment. Requiring a nonrefundable 25% deposit to book your next appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I have not heard from you that will be considered as a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment and resulting in 50% of the service charged.
For emergency situations, I understand that unexpected situations can occur. In such cases please contact me as soon as possible and I may waive the cancellation fee at my discretion.
